I think Ricardo Montalban said it best, when he reappeared as the infamous Khan in Star Trek Two ... "Revenge is a dish that is best served cold," ... ahhh, yes it is and so are really bad horror films. For about 45 minutes I wanted sooo bad to click the remote OFF during this flick, but ... it's my job to bring to you even the crappiest of horror.

Imagine a world ... not with one beloved Spiderman, but with a whole army of spidermen running around devouring every human in sight. That's what this upcoming horror feast made-to-order for the SciFi Channel is all about. No nerdy teen turned super hero here, Webs is a world turned upside down with the last remnants of humanity trying desperately to survive in an alternative Earth infested with humanoid spider things.

Friday the 13th Part 11 or Nightmare on Elm Street Part 8??? Well, it can't take place after Jason Part X, so ... maybe it should have been titled Friday the 13th Part 9b. Since producers from the Freddy corner have obviously taken more control here, they should stick to Nightmare on Elm Street 8. Ultimately, this film is aptly titled Freddy Vs. Jason.
Actually, they attempted to do this story years ago, for Friday the 13th Part 7, but neither series (Friday the 13th or Nightmare on Elm Street) could come together on the script. Which makes me wonder if the new Spiderman, Hulk, Batman, X-Men and the rest will ever give fans what they are just dying for ... the intermingling of their favorite super heroes ... but I digress ...
